Origin

The Void Gate is one of the Nine Grand Heavenly Treasures.[1]

Heavenly Dao Academy

The Heavenly Dao Academy has a left-over door, and it is the best clue to finding the Void Gate.[1]

The Void Gate was left in the Nine Worlds by Li Qiye as a safe location in case the Ancient Ming invaded the Nine Worlds again.[2]

Properties

It is a gateway to a completely new world, called the Void World. This world is full of chaotic energy, making it more similar to the Tenth World than the Nine Worlds.[4] This world is where the World Tree is planted and is full of resources. The Void Gate can also enforce rules engraved on it. The rules created by Li Qiye forbid the entrance of the Ancient Ming on this new world and the plundering of its resources.[2]

Furthermore, the opening of the Void Gate had an unexpected side effect. The energy from the Void World leaked to the Nine Worlds increasing the Heaven's Will formation speed. From this point after an Immortal Emperor leaves for the Tenth World, the Heaven's Will will be completely regenerated in a couple of years, making possible that several Immortal Emperors could rise in one generation.[5]
