Patrimony Weapons dao lord weapon are dao lord weapon which have been personally created by an Dao Lord. They are believed to be the most powerful weapons in the Eight Desolates.

Patrimony weapons are far more potent than regular dao lord weapons.

After all, not all dao lord lineages had a patrimony weapon.

Patrimony weapons were also made by dao lords. The key difference was their rarity. Dao lords could craft dozens of weapons in their lifetime. However, they would normally only have one patrimony weapon since it required an absurd amount of resources and effort.

They normally left behind regular weapons for their sect and clan. This wasn’t the case for the patrimony weapons. Only a few dao lords would actually do so. Perhaps they found something stronger or it might be due to other reasons.

To create a weapon three things are required :The method, type, and materials.

The requirements were far more stringent for patrimony weapons. The three things listed above had to be done just right. The weapon also had to be as strong as its creator. A patrimony weapon had to be at one hundred percent.

Under normal circumstances, anyone weaker than the myriad-form realm wouldn’t be able to use a heaven weapon. At Sacred level, it wouldn’t be hard for to control a dao lord weapon but the same couldn’t be said for a patrimony weapon. The latter had an unimaginable power, enough to kill all foes. They exceeded the heaven level and had a higher requirement for their users.

Patrimony weapons have three strikes which are:

It required the approval of the weapon itself on top of possessing enough cultivation to fuel the attack. Most importantly, the user needed to understand its creator’s dao as well.

Thus, many geniuses were able to use the weapons but couldn’t actually perform the three strikes.
