Origin Heaven Emperor was one of the three strongest beings in the Tenth World with 12 Fate Palaces and 12 Heaven's Wills.[1][2]
Alas, it wasn't enough. He couldn't withstand Old Villainous Heavens's wrath, so Divine Emperor embarked on the 3th Ultimate Expedition and never returned.[1]
Trivia
He was one of the nine 12-wills Grand Emperor and second person who became 12-will Emperor.
