History
The Dragon Race had a very wide definition. The real Dragons are those with the pure ancient bloodline of the Divine Beast - the True Dragons. However, every beast who had at least a little bit of True Dragon's blood would boast about being a Dragon as well. To True Dragons, however, all these beasts with diluted bloodline like Flood-Dragons and Dao Serpents are mere insects.[1]
